Description of Proposed Work (Additional pages may be attached if necessary):
Replace existing pressure treated deck with 12'x20' Trex Select composite decking, color Pebble Gray,
with hidden fastners. All trim boards will be white premium with white Trex enhanced white railing system.
Deck is behind the house and is not seen from the street. See attached photo of existing deck.

There are plenty of trees shielding the view from house on next street. We can approve this deck
rebuild.
