I am not available to visit the property until week on the 28, however looking at the aerial, you are constricted by
wetlands which will make permitting difficult for any additional structure. The setback from wetlands is 35 feet and it
appears the wetland is closer than that to the existing structure.
I am happy to meet you on site on my return if you have additional questions.
