I conducted the site inspection prior to the hearing. It is difficult to review a COC request for restoration plantings in winter, especially with snow on the ground, so the determination was largely based on the Blue Flax assessment of the site which called out some dead vegetation. These two considerations lead to the Commission’s vote that they were not able to issue a COC at this time. You are able to reapply for the COC in the spring when any dead vegetation is replaced and bare areas are filled. You can submit the request yourself for a fee of $75. Hi kelly - my wife just forwarded me an email of a denial letter. I thought we couldnt get on the feb 17 agenda?? Nobody told us .. was theresa present? Heres pictures of the bank from this past october- if i had known we were on agenda, i would have made sure these were part of the presentation. I just paid theresa $1600 to close the case plus $1000 for new plantings in the fall + whatever i’ll owe down cape for doing whatever they have to do. Am i going to have to pay another $1600 for another request for compliance or is this case just continued?? Please advise on exactly what we need to do. Were there people on my property inspecting ?? Or did they just look at pictures? If people are coming to the property i would expect the courtesy of some notice. Thanks for your help - please keep us updated on what our next steps are. We need to move on from this property due to some health issues, so we need to get this wrapped up as soon as possible. Thanks 1 2 3 4 Sent from my iPhone 5
