My recommendation will be that either the request be withdrawn for the time being until the matter is resolved, or that the Commission vote to deny the request at this time. Even if you file in March the work will not be complete for some time so it makes more sense to withdraw the request until the work is complete. Hi Kelly, I’m following up on COC request from the 1999 OOC. As we discussed in the hearing on October 21, 2021, we will be filing a notice of intent for the boardwalk to be able to closeout the old order of conditions. At that hearing the request was continued to March 3, 2022. I would like to request that hearing be continued out to the end of March. We are working on the NOI now and plan to file that by the end of March. I wouldn't think there is a need to meet on the 3rd as there is nothing new to discuss until we file the NOI. Please let me know if this is acceptable to you. Thanks and have a great weekend. Matt Matthew Eddy, P.E. We are researching this and will get the COC paper work filed next week to close out this old OOC. I’m hoping we can still stay on track with the new NOI filing as long as you have the old COC paper work from us. If you could let me know or give me a call that would be great.
