We do not have a RA multiplier under the bylaw so you are all set.
Please review the RA regulations section 10.58(5) and address how the proposed work meets each performance

Andrew-
Thanks for clearing that up, This means $362.50-237.50= $125 additional, IF YOU RECEIVE THE
CHECK #1032. If not, we will send the $362.50 in its entirety.
Also, this means the fees owed Yarmouth are ($750/2=375+12.50=$387.50) of which we have paid
$262.50.....leaves $125 to Town of Yarmouth
I will discuss with Kelly what, other than setbacks and mitigation, is required of the RA.

My original email was for the original fee, my second email was to inform you that even after there is proof
that the first check has cleared, you would need to include the additional Riverfront Area portion of the fee. I
attached the NOI instructions so you can have it for your reference.
The total filing fee is $750, the state portion of the fee is $362.50. I can’t issue the file number until the whole
fee has cleared, and currently I am not seeing the original check as being cleared. If you have proof that the
original cleared, then you would just need to send the remainder of the fee to the Boston PO Box.
Please be sure to include all riverfront area information is provided to me via email, as well as to the
Commission in the manner that they require. I also can’t issue the file number until Riverfront Area is
addressed.

Andrew-
I just sent out a response to your discussing the fee. I thought it was the ORIGINAL Fee to DEP Lockbox.
This e-mail just hit my box as I'm working on something else. Time is of the essence ans, although I am
responsible for the fee, eventually. I need to know today what the those RA multiplier are, local and state, so I
can pass on to the owners. .....and we get checks out in time.
Kelly, when is revised submission due March 10? The septic plan will be "stand -alone" (PE) and the pro-
active plan will have 2 stamps (PLS and LA). Trying to put this together in time.

Please note that MassDEP upheld the Commission’s Determination that this is Riverfront Area so we will be
seeing a revised application to include that resource area.
Wayne, please be sure to copy Andrew on any updated material.
