At its regular meeting on Tuesday, September 11, 2012, the Yarmouth Historical
Commission met with Todd LaBarge of Labarge Homes regarding proposed
exterior alterations at this address. After reviewing the elevations and photos
submitted by ERT Architects, the attending Commissioners agreed that the
proposed changes were in keeping with the architecture of the existing structure
and would not be detrimental to the architectural and historical integrity of the
home. They, therefore, agreed that the work should be allowed to go forward. If
any new or additional changes that were not discussed at the meeting become
necessary or desirable to the owners, however, those changes should be
brought to the Commission's attention prior to the start of such work.
