The Commission voted unanimously (5-0) in their decision that the structure being proposed for demolition is NOT significant per the provisions of the Town's Demolition Delay Bylaw. Therefore, George Davis, Inc. is free to pursue the demolition/rebuild of the garage. Attached is a copy of the memo that has been submitted to the Yarmouth Building Department as notification of this decision. Please don't hesitate to contact me should you have any further questions. The Commission voted unanimously (5-0) in their decision that the structure being proposed for demolition is NOT significant per the provisions of the Town's Demolition Delay Bylaw. Therefore, the owner/owner's agent is free to pursue the demolition/rebuild of the garage. Also, please note that the Historic Commission was supportive of the rebuild plans that were presented.
