Hi Tom -
I received the Notice of Intent for a Partial Demolition at 62 Pleasant St., SY. However, the following information is
required before I can officially stamp it in as received:
1. The site plan shows three structures: the original house with attached garage, a detached garage and a
shed. The description of structure to be demolished states "2 car garage with bedroom above". If the plan is to
also demo the detached garage and the shed, this needs to be stated on this form.
2. Also, required are color photographs of all sides of each structure being proposed for demolition,
My plan is to present this to the Historical Commission at their meeting scheduled for 3:00 tomorrow and coordinate a
site visit and public meeting for possibly next Thursday, 5/17 or Friday, 5/18. Would you be available either of those
days?
