Dear Mallory:
On August 18, 2020, I inspected the construction of the septic system at the above
referenced site. The system has been installed in accordance with the plan prepared by this
office,dated: 5-22-20.
The existing septic tank was found to be in good working condition at time of construction.
I certify that the system as constructed, generally conforms within acceptable tolerance to
the regulations. as varied, set forth in 310 CMR 15.000 and the Town of Yarmouth Board
of Health Regulations.
