Dick Foss lives at 110 Center St in Dennisport. I lived at the corner of Center and Depot. I work for Frank Foss 60 years ago. They are probably related (son or grandson). My first thought was that the steps just need to be cleaned up. However, the difference in step heights can cause accidents and needs to be re -done. I approve of this total re -do. The applicant agrees to extend the time frame within which a determination is to be made as required by the Old King's Highway Regional Historic District Act.
