Dick Foss lives at 110 Center St in Dennisport. I lived at the corner of Center and Depot. I work for
Frank Foss 60 years ago. They are probably related (son or grandson). My first thought was that the
steps just need to be cleaned up. However, the difference in step heights can cause accidents and
needs to be re -done.
I approve of this total re -do.

WAIVER OF 45 -DAY DETERMINATION
The applicant/applicant's agent understands and agrees that due to the current declared National
and State public health emergencies the determination of our Application for a Certificate of
Appropriateness/Demolitioti/Exemption may not be made within 45 days of the filing of such
application.
The applicant agrees to extend the time frame within which a determination is to be made as
required by the Old King's Highway Regional Historic District Act.
SECTION 9 -Meetings, Hearings, Time for Making Determinations
"As soon as convenient after such public hearing; bort in any event within forty-five (45) dabs
after the filing of 'application, or within such further time as the applicant shall allow in writing,
the Conintittee shall n7ake a deternunation on the application. "

Photos are enclosed. The steps are brick and concrete.
We will NOT be changing any architectural feature of the residence. The
repair work will be performed by Dick Foss Masonry of Dennis Port.
