PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
YARMOUTH HISTORICAL COMMISSION
The Yarmouth Historical Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, March 17, 2022 at 10:00 A.M. in the Hearing Room of the Yarmouth Town Offices, 1146 Route 28, South Yarmouth,
MA 02664, and via remote access at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/84823913783.
Pursuant to Section 92-3(D) of the Yarmouth Town Code regarding demolition delays for historically significant buildings, the hearing will be held to allow the public to hear a request
for demolition of buildings located at 181-183 River Street, South Yarmouth, MA, which the Commission has determined to be significant to the historical, architectural, or cultural
heritage of the Town of Yarmouth. Comments and suggestions regarding this matter are solicited from the community.
Any person interested or wishing to be heard on this proposal should appear at the time and place designated. Written comments will be accepted and should be directed to the Yarmouth
