On 2/6/18, the Commission issued an Order of Conditions for the above -referenced site, for the construction of an elevated walkway. A site visit/inspection/as-built were made for the purpose of closing out the Order of Conditions. Pictures and an as -built Location plan are enclosed for review. The walkway is very slightly angled from the originally proposed location. No storage bench was constructed. This is to certify, to the best of my knowledge and belief, that the work was performed in substantial compliance with the approved plan and Order of Conditions.
