OLD KING'S HIGHWAY HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMITTEE
Notice is hereby given that on Monday March 14, 2022 the following applications for Certificate of Appropriateness pursuant
to Section 9 of Chapter 470 of the Acts of 1973, as amended, will be heard in the order listed below beginning at 7:15pm
at Town Hall at 1146 Route 28 in South Yarmouth, MA 02264 in the Selectman's Hearing Room.
Specific information for remote participation by members of the public and/or parties with a right and/or requirement to
attend this meeting shalt be provided on the Notice of Meeting to be published on the town's website at least 48 hours
before the meeting. Application materials are currently available through the Online Services/Town Record Search service

It is recommended that all participants access and review application materials in advance of the meeting.
New Items:
1. 22-AO24 Robert and Karla Callachan (Owners): To build a 6 foot cedar fence to match existing on side
of property, and a 4 foot garden wire fence on the back lot line at 15 Doves Wing Road
2. 22-AO25 Nora Lavori (Owner) and Catalyst Architects/Tim Sawyer (Agent): To add dormers, replace
windows and exterior doors, relocate main entry with pergola, and new detached shed at 97 Pheasant Cove
Circle
3. 22-AO26 Donna Lowney (Owner): To add 8 feet to the side of the house and add a 2 car garage at 24
Wharf Lane
4. 22-AO27 Matthew Clark (Owner) and Solar Rising LLC (Agent): To install 15 370 watt roof -mounted solar
panels at 72 Mayflower Terrace
5. 22-AO28 Starbuck Construction (Owner) and Renato Melo (Agent): To construct a 1725 square foot
house at 54 West Great Western Road.
