Please provide a plan reference, or have a PLS sta�p the plans; 2. Label the house PROPOSED or EXISTING; 3. Label the proposed tank and SAS, along with inverts on the plan; ✓ 4. Provide the distance between the tank and house; ✓ 5. Show& Label the 5' strip out; IV 6. Label the wetland setback; 7. There is a ghost line similar to the waterline about 10'NE of the existing water service. Either Label or remove if it isn't meant to be there; 8. Variance request#3 should be a 20' variance. The proposed SES is 80' from the edge of wetland; and 9. Label the catchbasin or add the symbol to the legend, and describe the type of drainage since it is less than 50' ✓ away from the SAS.
