Kelly- So......I owe $125 for the (DEP portion) to Town of Yarmouth fee; but no additional local fee. Kelly- I am confused,........When we e-mailed (Andrew, You and I), and we figured out the correct amounts for DEP (additional 50%=$250), you said there was no Yarmouth fee "add-on" fee for the RA. ......You must have meant that there was no additional RA Yarmouth (local) fee but it was as if you stated that: "don't worry about the other $125" of the 50%. Also, I cannot find this explanation of the added 50% (RA) fee in the categories sections 1-6; so I am going on what Andrew Poyant said.. Let me know what is correct.......wow, am I sorry I fought so hard for my clients for such a justifiable issue..... Kelly- Not quite right. Remember, Andrew Poyant said he had no money's received at the DEP Lockbox? That's why I sent proof the returned DEP Lockbox envelope (which arrived, the day after our (Andrew, you, and I) e-mailing back and forth and had spent a month in transit before being returned!}. Since that payment was for $237.50 (and unreceived); I added the $125, and sent a full check for $362.50, with the adjusted transmittal form I sent to you. Not confusing, If DEP has received nothing, this new transmittal form completes the cycle. 1) returned Correspondence DEP Lockbox Return 03-05 (mailed 02-03) 2) Revised Transmittal Form Revised Transmittal form 03-14-2022 (362.50) 3) Full check for $237.50 +$125=$362.50 Check (1036) 362.50 03-11-2022\\ (Check sent to DEP LOCKBOX PO Box 4062 Boston MA 02211} 4) Return receipt for new payment to Lockbox Receipt 03-15-22 Respectfully, 3 Wayne Tavares LA PWS CS Wayne Tavares 508-642-7701 On Wed, Mar 16, 2022 at 8:48 AM Grant, Kelly <KGrant@yarmouth.ma.us> wrote: Hi Wayne So just to clarify, you are sending us the $125 check for RA? To make the simple changes and change the house footprint. I am still doing mitigation calcs for the extra amount outside the 50'. For this strange calculation; (1)I added $250 (50% for riverfront) to the original $ 500 (Category 2) = $750 (-$125 Yarmouth); (2) already paid Yarmouth portion ($500/2+12.50) = $ 262.50; (3) The state gets the rest (1/2 of $250)= $237.50+$125.00) $362.50 I have mailed (return/receipt) today. Plenty of time for meeting April 2. Also attached is the original (returned) envelope with original check, that Andrew Poyant stated "never reached DEP Lockbox"......AND IT DID NOT!. After mailing these (12 per year?) to the same DEP Lockbox for 25-30 years, this was the first that never made it. This letter went to Providence, then Rochester NY, and returned?!?
