Painting the house in front first choice is Chelsea Gray (Sherwin Williams Historic Colors SW -2850). Our
second choice is Stonington Gray(Benjamin Moore HC -170) . The shutters will be painted black. The shed
will be repainted the same color as the house, first choice Chelsea Gray (Sherwin Williams Historic Colors
SW -2850), second choice Stonington Gray(Benjamin Moore HC -170).

The wooden 6' fence will extend 28 'towards Walden Way.A gate will be instaled at the 8' point.
The longer length runniing parrallel to Walden Way is 66.5'. At 26'a double gate will be installed. The
remaining 8.5' is solid fence. The mulched bed with bushes and arbor vitae will not be enclosed by the
fence. From the fence line there will be 15' to Walden Way. All fencingnwill remain natural wood

OLD KING'S HIGHWAY HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMITTEE
WAIVER OF 45 -DAY DETERMINATION
The applicant/applicant's agent understands and agrees that due to the current declared
National and State public health emergencies the determination of our Application for a
Certificate of Appropriateness/Demolition/Exemption may not be made within 45 days of the
filing of such application.
The applicant agrees to extend the time frame within which a determination is to be made as
required by the Old King's Highway Regional Historic District Act.
SECTION 9 Meetings, Hearings, Time for Making Determinations
"As soon as convenient after such Imblic hearing: but in any event within forty-fn�e (4) days
