Good Morning, I am building a house at 86 Old Hyannis Rd and I had an inspection recently where Brad raised concerns about a small porch I added and a window that was removed from the side. I am reaching out to see what the steps are to ensure these changes are approved? The woman buying the home is planning on it being her retirement home and she wanted an over sized landing connecting the two porches. The window removal was also at her request so she could have more privacy in the master bathroom.
