PETITION #4943: 82 Harbor Road, West Yarmouth
The conservation office granted an administrative approval for a 14’ x 14’ shade pergola
within an existing patio area. The approval was for an update to a previously approved
plan issued under Order of Conditions SE83-2274. The approved plan is titled Proposed
Pergola at 82 Harbor Road, West Yarmouth, Matthew C. Costa PLS, Cape and Island
Engineering 2/8/2022.
PETITION #4945: 4, 30, 34 & 40 Bayview Street, West Yarmouth
At its January 6, 2022 meeting, the Conservation Commission reviewed a Request for
Determination of Applicability for the proposed installation of an elevated solar array
above an existing paved parking lot within the buffer zone to a bordering vegetated
wetland and within land subject to coastal storm flowage. The Commission found that
the proposed work is within and area subject to protection but will not alter a
jurisdictional resource area, so does not require the filing of a Notice of Intent. The
approved plan is titled Cape Cod Hospital Photovoltaic System, 4 Bayview Street, West
Yarmouth, Site Plan, Brian G. Yergatian, P.E, BSC Group 12/14/2021
