Hi Brian,
I just reviewed the notes from Anna on this project. She called back on March 4th for two things. One was that the house
has two residential units therefor needs a 2 compartment septic tank. The other was to clarify on the plan that the
house is proposed as four bedroom with a 5 bedroom septic system.

Hi Brian,
My name is Anna Wimmer, and I am helping Steve with Title V review. Until I get my email set up and working, he is
allowing me to use his email.
I've reviewed the plan for the above property, and we will need a revised plan with the following changes to approve the
system:
1. A benchmark needs to be called out on the plan;
2. A note should be added stating that the engineer is to inspect and certify the system following installation;
3. A floor plan needs to be attached, or included on the plan; and
4. An application for a new septic system should be filled out and included in the revised packet.
