This lot is vacant: the first 70'+/- of the access driveway is within the Conservation Commission's jurisdiction. A Salt Marsh, Bordering Vegetated Wetland and Coastal Bank lie across Thacher Shore Road from locus. See attached U.S.G.S. Topographic Map, FEMA FIRMette, Assessor's Map and Site Plan c.
