Surrounding area is developed with mostly year-round homes. This lot is vacant: the first 70'+/- of the
access driveway is within the Conservation Commission's jurisdiction. A Salt Marsh, Bordering
Vegetated Wetland and Coastal Bank lie across Thacher Shore Road from locus.

Work involves the upgrading of the existing dirt driveway to gravel as approved by the Planning Board:
removal of a large boulder from the entrance area; installation of an equalizing drainage pipe
underneath the driveway; and installation of underground utilities — see attached.

from having to file a Notice of Intent for all or part of the described work (use additional paper, if
necessary).
None of the proposed work will have a deleterious effect on the Resource areas (which include Salt
Marsh. Borderina Vegetated Wetland and Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage).
3. a. If this application is a Request for Determination of Scope of Alternatives for work in the
