On April 2, 1997, the Commission issued an Order of Conditions for the above -referenced site, for the razing of an existing dwelling and construction of a new dwelling. A site visit was made in March of 2022. The following deviations from the record plan and Order of Conditions are as follows: • The house with the and small front of foundation complies with the plan of record, exception of an added bulkhead. A rinse station egress deck/steps were added to the rear and th e dwelling Brick walk • ways were dwelling; a circular added to rear, side and front of the 10' diameter brick patio was added. • The driveway was constructed of pervious pavers With the exception of the listed deviations and to the best of my knowledge and belief, the project was completed in substantial compliance with the approved plan and Order of Conditions.
