Kelly—My response is not to cut off Dave’s. He’ll correct or add anything I get wrong, but I am just about to go into a day-long meeting, so I have only a few moments on this today. First, re your vegetation question, a couple of things: No trees will be removed; in addition to the white pine branch we’ve identified to be removed for the hot tub space, one other small pine type tree branch will likely be removed as it shoots into the firepit patio area; some of the plantings (planted in nd connection w/ the 170 Pleasant St new house) in this 2 100’ area will be—as we’ve already st identified—into bare spaces in the 1 100’ area. Second, yes, this firepit/grill space is somewhat bigger in two respects: it pushes up a bit toward the hot tub area, and it goes back over the current property line into the 7’ “easement” strip that Emily Hewitt and I are buying from the 162B Acheson owners. But it takes no additional space towards the house. The reason for the somewhat larger area is what I explained when I came by your office—we were wrong in our assumption of where the property actually is on the ground (which became clear when we had the property line staked) so we came up w/ the add’l property idea and opened the space up by some number of square feet reflected on the updated plan. As well as moving over, the patio area appears to have grown in size.
