Grants to T&C Holdings, LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company having its
principal place of business at 518 Main Street, West Yarmouth, MA 02673
with QUITCLAIM COVENANTS
three (3) parcels of land situated in Yarmouth (West), Massachusetts described as
follows:
PARCEL ONE — 492 Route 28 (Main St.):
A certain parcel of land with the buildings thereon, situated in Yarmouth (West),
Barnstable County, Massachusetts, bounded and described as follows,
On the South by State Highway, one hundred ten (110) feet;
On the West by land now or formerly of Jennie M, Schwab, five hundred sixty-eight
(568) feet;
On the Northeast by land now or formerly of Edward B. Mathews, two hundred twenty
(220) feet;
On the East by land of owners unknown, one hundred forty-two (142) feet;
On the South by land of Francisyka Kisieliwicz, one hundred ten (110) feet; and
On the East again by land of said Kisieliwicz, two hundred fifty (250) feet.

buildings thereon, bounded and described as follows:
SOUTHERLY by the main highway, Route 28, for a distance of one hundred ten
and 001100 (110,00) feet;
WESTERLY by land now or formerly of Abbie E. Montcalm, for a distance of two
hundred fifty and 001100 (250.00) feet;
NORTHERLY by other land now or formerly of Abbie E. Montcalm, for a distance
of one hundred ten and 001100 (110.00) feet; and
EASTERLY by land now or formerly of Edward B. Matthews, for a distance of
two hundred fifty and 001100 (250.00) feet.

Beginning at the Northwest corner at land now or formerly of Inez Montcalm; thence
running
Easterly by land now or formerly of Alexander B. Chase, one hundred twenty-five (125)
feet to land now or formerly of Irene Isabel Taylor; thence
Southerly by said Taylor land about three hundred two (302) feet to the State Highway;
thence
Westerly by said State Highway, one hundred twenty-five (125) feet to a fence at land of
said Inez Montcalm; thence
Northerly by said land of Inez Montcalm, about three hundred two (302) feet to the point
of beginning.
