Requested by PMA to reinspect open firestopping items in Building D, Level 2. Closure of March 3rd items noted by Eric Pittman for
"open cores". These areas have been either utilized and firesafed or poured with leveler. Additionally, I visually inspected the
firestopping for the 48" hvac ducts at both ends of the floor, with no further exceptions.
The electrical rooms remain work in progress for the through slab penetrations.

West gym wall, b24/P.1-J.7. Work in progress. Reference details Project structural plans and specifications . Wire joint
reinforcement installed at 16" OC. Ties installed to abutting steel columns at 16" OC. Head and bed joints are full, even and tooled.
Additional #7 vertical installed at jambs, joints and ends. Rebar is grouted solid in low lifts. Rebar spacers are installed and
sufficient splice overlap is observed. .
Additional Notes: Block are ground face acoustical type.

framing at gridlines N and K.8. Visually Verified TC Bolts were Fully Tensioned.
