GENERAL NOTES
1. THIS PLAN IS INTENDED FOR THE DESIGN OF THE SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM ONLY AND IS NOT TO
BE USED TO ESTABLISH NEW OR EXISTING PROPERTY LINES OR DWELLINGS.
2. LOCATION OF WATER, GAS AND ELECTRIC UTILITY LINES IS APPROXIMATE. THE CONTRACTOR IS
RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING DIGSAFE AT 1-88&3447233 AND THE LOCAL WATER DEPARTMENT
PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION.
3. INSTALLATION SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATE ENVIRONMENTAL CODE; TITLE 5 (310 CMR
15.000), THE LOCAL BOARD OF HEALTH REGULATIONS, AND THE INFILTRATOR SEPTIC MA DESIGN
AND INSTALLATION MANUAL.
4. THE CONTRACTOR MUST HOLD A VALID INSTALLER LICENSE IN THE TOWN OF RECORD.
