RELIEF REQUESTED: The applicant seeks the following relief from the Board of Appeals:
Special permit and waiver requests for a Wireless Communications Facility pursuant to Sections 202.5(F)(7), 408, and 103.2 of the Town of Yarmouth
Zoning Bylaw, Massachusetts General Laws chapter 40A, and the federal Telecommunications Act of 1996 for the construction, operation and
maintenance of a Wireless Communication Facility, and such other relief as deemed necessary, all rights reserved.
