KELLY, YOU HAVE GIVEN ME A WEEK MORE THAN I HAD EXPECTED!!!! EXETER IS EASY, HOWEVER WHEN WORKING ON ALMS HOUSE ROAD, WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY HAVE THE SITE STAKED? PERIMETER BOUNDS OR JUST THE PROPOSED COMPONENTS? THE NOTE ON THE 1986-87 PLAN STATES THAT IT IS A 3 BEDROOM PER "DEQE" REGULATIONS. HAVING BEEN INSIDE THE HOUSE THERE ARE 2 BEDROOMS UPSTAIRS AND 1 BEDROOM (WITH QUEENSIZE BED) DOWN. THE ONLY THING UNUSUAL IS THERE ARE 2 DOORS INTO THE ROOM, ONE OF WHICH IS BLOCKED BY DRESSER. EITHER WAY THE MINIMUM DESIGN IS REQUIRED TO BE FOR 3 BEDROOMS. THE HOUSE IS USABLE 24/7/365 DAYS PER YEAR. SEASONAL USAGE ONLY SPIKES THE I/A FOR ABOUT 6 WEEKS THEN RETURNS TO NORMAL AND OF COURSE NO OCCUPANCY MEANS NO FLOW. A TIGHTTANK ONLY HAS TO BE 50' FROM A WELL. THE WELL IS THE INTEGRAL QUESTION. The road layout in the front of the lot that was cleared should have the trees replaced. The plan must be received by March 31 th 50 Alms House Rd – continued to April 7. Revised/new material to be received by March 31. Need the site staked, Existing vegetation shown on the plan, Proposed access for the well installation shown on the plan Is there a less intrusive way to do a test boring to see if potable water is available at the proposed location? Septic design should be 2 bedroom based on the previously approved house and septic design Information on functioning of an IA system when used seasonally Can the well be located further away from the wetland if a tight tank is used?
