Dear Commissioners:
The Division of Marine Fisheries (MA DMF) has reviewed the Notice of Intent (NOI) by James
Sullivan, 202 Pleasant Street, to install a 10-foot-by-13-foot jet ski lift for two jet skis on an
existing pier in the Bass River. The jet ski lift would use existing support pilings. Based on the
scope of work as currently proposed, MA DMF has no recommendations for sequencing, timing, or
methods that would further avoid or minimize impacts to marine resources at this time.
