HomeMy WebLinkAboutCorreespondence RE Order expiry April 2022 Grant, Kelly From:Grant, Kelly Sent:Thursday, April 7, 2022 2:49 PM To:'gdoblebh@gmail.com' Cc:Jeff Cappello Subject:RE: O of C to SE 83-2206 Great Island Ocean Club Hi George Due to COVID permits valid during the state of emergency were extended per this guidance https://www.mass.gov/doc/joint-guidance-on-permit-tolling/download By my calculation, this extends your Order to 1/1/2024 (permit is tolled 462 which is the length of the state of emergency) When you want to request an extension, you do so in writing with a $75 check. The Order will extend from the date of expiration. I believe the NHESP determination is only valid for 5 years so the Commission may only extend the permit until further NHESP review is required. This would still get you through until Sept 2024. Thank you as always for your help here, George Sent from my iPhone 1
