Description of Proposed Work Additional pages may be attached if necessary):
This project is to install a natural wood vertical picket fence around the front yard. The pickets will be
scalloped & Nantucket type, with the fence height ranging from 42" to 38". Posts will have low
pyramidal fence caps. See attached photo (although photo is of painted wood fence, and this project
will be natural wood). This project will replace the existing white picket fence to the right of the house
with matching natural wood picket fencing. There will be three 4' gates - one at the front of the house,
directly in front of the blue front door; the second at the beginning of the path from the driveway; and
the third to the right of the house, where the existing white picket fence is currently).

The applicant/applicant's agent understands and agrees that due to the current declared National
and State public health emergencies the determination of our Application for a Certificate of
Appropriateness/Demolition/Exemption may not be made within 45 days of the filing of such
application.
The applicant agrees to extend the time frame within which a determination is to be made as
required by the Old King's Highway Regional Historic District Act.
SECTION 9 -Meetings, Hearings, Time for Making Determinations
"As soon as convenient after such public hearing, but in any event within forty-five (45) days
after thefiling of application, or within such fin -then time as the applicant shall allow in writing,
the Committee shall make a determination on the application. "
