Hi George
I would ask closer to the time whether the Commission would be prepared to extend the Order with review by the
agencies without filing a whole new application. It is a judgement call based on how much the area has changed since
the last application was filed.

Thanks Kelly for the explanation & for doing the math.
So provided we renew prior to 1/1/24, which then would get us to 9/26/24, then to keep our ability to rake the beach in
2025, we would need to apply for a new permit, correct?
Is there any advantage to going thru the approval process prior to the expiration of the current permit(9/26/24) ) or is
this request for a “new” permit, just that, viewed by ConComm as a new request, with the same process we went thru
for this current permit, with letters from the various agencies, a certified site plan, etc; or can we skip any of this namely
the site plan?
Thanks as always for your guidance.
George

expiration. I believe the NHESP determination is only valid for 5 years so the Commission may only extend the permit
until further NHESP review is required. This would still get you through until Sept 2024.
