I believe you have talked with Joe O'Keefe (owner) in past regarding upgrade of the septic system at this site. The conceptual septic system design is based on soils information from the adjacent 39 Wild Rose Terrace which was installed in a similar fashion in 2008 (plan date). Subject to confirmation of high groundwater elevation and soil suitability (soils evaluation pending) there will remain for this design Title 5 SAS separation (basement and lot line) requirements which will not be met. Upgrade approvals will be required for implementation of this design. Could Joe and I meet with you on Tuesday Dec. 14 in the AM to discuss approvals which may be available , the approval process, and other options which may be available for the upgrade. Note the requirement of 6' stone below d-box and same or compacted base below the tank. Note manhole covers to w/in 6"grade. - Note that the engineer is to inspect and certify. Show the water main in the street to make sure there is 10' between that and the SAS. With those all we need is three copies of sheet 1 and 2. Thank you, Stephen Haas Yarmouth Health Dept. 1
