I got a plot pian (included in the attached packet). The homeowner said they are planning a board and baton exterior for the shed, and there will be a window as well; it's on the side of the shed not visible in the brochure picture. It should have one door and one window. The house at 61 has cedar shingles all around so it would be appropriate for the shed to be similar. Their application appears to aim at a shed with vinyl siding. We don't allow T1-11, and smart siding looks like T1-11. Also need a plot plan even though the many bushes may hide it. It needs to be away from property lines and so indicated on a sketch.
