PETITION #4937: 175 Route 28, West Yarmouth
At their 3/3/2022 meeting, the Conservation Commission heard a Request for Certificate
of Compliance for an Order of Conditions issued on 3/1/1979, for the original
development of the property, including construction of a restaurant and parking area,
together with all work appurtenant thereto.
The Commission determined that work is required at the site to resolve minor issues
under the Order, including removal of pavement and reestablishment of a six-inch berm
along the edge of pavement. The Commission requested that the Request for Certificate
of Compliance be tabled until this work is completed.
At their 3/17/2022 meeting, the Conservation Commission heard a Request for
Determination of Applicability and approved the work as proposed. The plan approved is
Site Plan of Land 175 Route 28 in Yarmouth, Proposed Conditions Conservation Filing,
BSC Group, Kieran J. Healy, Rev 3/4/2022.
The applicant has requested a continuance of the Request for Certificate of Compliance
until 8/18/2022 to allow the work to be completed.
Petition #4948: 492, 498, 512 & 518 Route 28, West Yarmouth
At their 12/2/2021 meeting the Conservation Commission heard a request for a
Stormwater Management Permit for demolition of two existing buildings, construction of
one new building, addition of new parking spaces, revised parking layout, installation of
stormwater management facilities, and expansion of existing inflatable park. The
Commission voted to approve the project with conditions. The approved plan set is titled
Cape Cod Inflatable Park Stormwater Management Site Plan Brian Yergation PE, BSC
Group, Revised 11/29/2021.
