This clear cutting occurred after the sale of the house in 3/17/2017 by the new owners without permits and included vegetation removal in the 50, 100 and 200ft zones. Major seawall construction was also performed by the Gaughrans’ without obtaining the necessary permits and RDA approvals as required.
