From: Haas, Steve Sent: Tuesday, August 31, 2021 4:23 PM To: 'byergatian@bscgroup.com' Subject: Village Green Motel Hi Brian, I have reviewed the plans for the above location and need the following added/revised: - Bench mark labeled on the plan. - Some contours or spot elevations in the area of the systems. - Buoyancy Calculations for the 5000 gallon tank. - Check the tee sizes for the tanks over 4' in depth, the outlet tee increases with depth of tank. - There are conflicting dimensions on the outlet tee for the greases trap - You have a 4.4%slope from the building to the septic tank in system #2, if you use a 2%slope,you can raise the system to be 5' above the adjusted groundwater. - Verify the invert for the outlet at the building for the grease trap in system #3 on the outside of the building y and adjust the system height based on that. Also double check your drop between the 2000 gal and the 1500 gal tank,you can pick up a little there. - Could you clarify the design flow for system #3, I count 11 rooms and the managers unit for 12.
