Material of post (if freestanding) or style & material of attachment to building. Freestanding signs have a maximum size of 12 square feet and cannot be higher than 6 feet at crossbar. d. Plot plan showing location of sign and relation of sign to building and street. (In accordance with Yarmouth sign bylaw, freestanding signs must be 6' from property line.) e.
