That is incredibly helpful. Attached are photos of the original roof, and photo example of the Landmark shingles in
"Weathered Wood", as we are proposing to reroof 24 Marsh Side with. The four part photo is the original roof, the
second photo is the new shingle color. If you need any more info, I am happy to send it along.

We have a few different processes for approvals, depending on what you're doing.
One of them is a "like for like", which is a quick process, especially if you are replacing the roof
with the same or a similar color, or changing to gray or black. I've attached a sheet to help
with that.
If that's the case, if you could send me a picture of the current roof, and a picture of the new
roof color (a picture from a brochure is fine), I can send them to the OKH chair for a review,
and we won't have to go through the longer Certificate of Appropriateness process.
Let me know what the plans are, and we can go from there to work through whatever we
need to.

I am in the process of obtaining an express building permit for a reroof at 24 Marsh Side drive. I see on the application
that OKH approval is needed. Should I begin the process of filling out the certificate of appropriateness forms?

Their pictures were pretty bad but the one on the assessors web site clearly shows the shingles. This
is a like for like job and is ok.
