Area Description (use additional paper, if necessary): Located on South Shore Drive, adjacent to Red Jacket motel and across the street from Nantucket Sound,the lot is 0.59 acre with two cottages builtin1926.1n addition to the nearby motels,there are houses behind and across the street.The septic was upgraded in 2006. c.
