Description of Proposed Work (Additional panes maybe attached_ if necessary)
To install a 14kw generator (along with a burled propane tank) positioned on my property approximately 70'
to the south of the electric service box (see attached drawing), roughly the same distance from Wharf Lane
as the service box. As per conservation requirements, both components will be more than 35' from
wetlands.
Additionally, the generator will be screened off from public view along Wharf Lane by plantings,
rhododendrons or the equivalent.

Bob has an excellent back yard where he could install a 2 axis solar tracking
array with a battery in his garage to power his house and EV car. Being a tracker
would improve the solar gain by about 60% compared to roof top units.
How can I approve of carbon generator?

WAIVER OF 45 -DAY DETERMINATION OLD KINGS HJGHNA,(
The applicant/applicant's agent understands and agrees that due to the current declared National
and State public health emergencies the determination of our Application for a Certificate of
Appropriateness/Demolition/Exemption may not be made within 45 days of the filing of such
application.
The applicant agrees to extend the time frame within which a determination is to be made as
required by the Old King's Highway Regional Historic District Act.
SECTION 9 -Meetings, Hearings, Time for Making Determinations
"As soon as convenient after such public hearing; but in any event within forty-five (45) days
after the filing of application, or within such further time as the applicant shall allow in writing,
the Committee shall make a determination on the application. "
