The builder asked the owner about dark brown, and that works for him. So the
plan is to paint the freezer dark brown, so is that good for you too?
Thanks Richard,
Lisa

Yes; did you bounce that idea off of them - and got a good response?

Hi Richard,
1f they paint the freezer brown or gray, would that be OK? As you
said, not sure the manufacturer would like that, but is that a viable
solution?
Thanks Richard,
Lisa

My first thought was to put a cedar board fence around the whole freezer
which is 8 ft tall. But it is up on a platform that is about 2 ft, with steps
going up to it. We don't usually allow 10 ft fences (or even 8).
Maybe they should paint it dark brown or dark gray. I doubt that the
freezer builders would like that. Is a problem. They should have put the
freezer inside the barn!

Hi Richard,
I reached out to Phelps about planting evergreens to
block the freezers from view on 6A. Carole replied that
the area isn't suitable for planting; can they put in a
stockade fence instead?

I visited the site and found that they are visible
from Rt6A. The placement of an evergreen tree
in the proper place could solve the problem.
