Caution! Always keep children under close supervision while they are using or around this product. Never leave children unattended. • This product is intended for domestic outdoor use only. • The product should be placed on a flat horizontal ground. • Ensure enough clearance around the product. Before assembling the product, find level ground not less than 1.8 m (6 ft) away from any structures or obstructions, such as fences, garages, houses, overhanging branches, laundry lines, or electrical wires. • The gazebo must be anchored with stakes onto the ground for added safety. It cannot be permanently attached to a concrete floor or platform. Do not assemble the gazebo on sandy, muddy or loose soil, as stakes do not have enough anchorage in these types of soil. • In case you setup more than one gazebo, keep a minimum distance of 3 m (10 ft) between the gazebos. • Any assembly or maintenance of the product must be carried out by adults only. • Arrange necessary manpower when assembling or moving the product (at least 5 adults). • Some parts may contain sharp edges. Wear protective gloves if necessary. • Keep children and pets away while setting up the gazebo. • Check all nuts and bolts periodically for tightness. When required, tighten them again. • Reparing and replacing parts should be done by a qualified technician. • This gazebo is intended for decorative and sunshade purposes only, and is not designed to withstand harsh weather, including high winds, rain, and snow. • Always remove the roof in heavy wind conditions, otherwise it might tip over and cause damage to the product or injuries to passersby. • Remove accumulated water on the roof immediately, or disassemble the gazebo in order to avoid damages. • If the product will not be used for a longer period (e.g. winter time), it should be stored in a • clean, dry environment. • Do not light any fires inside or near the product! • Stay calm if fire breaks out. Do not use abrasive materials, wire brushes, chemicals, cleansers or bleach. Do not use a pressure washer. Rinse well. Allow to air dry. If there are nicks, chips or scratches, go to your local hardware store or home center and obtain a closest match touch - up paint suitable for outdoor metal use. Follow instructions that appear on the paint can. Snow must be cleared off regularly during snowy days. Remove the snow at the top when it is thicker than 10.16cm 14 inches. In order to avoid damages, use a plastic snow rake to remove excessive snow and ice buildup from roof and keep away from falling debris. On wood parts: An annual application of a water - based stain or sealant is recommended to reduce weathering and extend the life of your gazebo. Inspect all wood parts regularly for damage or deterioration. Removelsand splinters and replace any wood parts that are showing signs of structural damage. Note that knots, small cracks and weathering are natural in an outdoor wood product and do not negatively affect the structural integrity of the gazebo. LIMITED WARRANTY: This limited warranty is extended to the original purchaser and applies to defects in materials and workmanship of your item provided the item is maintained with care and used only for personal, residential purposes. The item is warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year. If any defect is found, please call our customer service department at 1-866-578-6569 for help. The manufacturer will not cover transportation or delivery costs, or compensate the individual or any outside party for assembling or disassembling the product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Carefully check all packaging materials before discarding.
