Dear Rosa and Kathy:
Enclosed please find the following supplementary materials in support of the
Applicant’s application for formal site plan review pertaining to the Applicant’s
proposed wireless telecommunications facility at the Property Address.
Additionally, eight (8) copies of the supplementary materials referenced herein
have been overnighted to the above-address (to Kathy’s attention).
Included with this application for formal site plan review are the following
supplementary documents that are intended to be responsive to the Site Plan
Review Committee’s last meeting and requests by certain of the Committee
Members. More, specifically, enclosed please find the following:
(1) a revised set of site plans reflecting a new design for the tower;
(2) a set of updated photo simulations reflecting the new design (three
(legged stealth clock tower);
(3) a simulation of a proposed clock tower design
(4) an updated Map of the general vicinity of the Tower identifying all of
the possible alternative sites and a spreadsheet that identifies the
viability of all other alternative sites. At the next meeting,

representatives of Blue Sky Towers will speak to the notes on the
spreadsheet that correspond to the various parcels investigated. As it
relates to Town owned sites, we are not aware of any RFP’s issued by
the Town for the leasing of Town owned land (in the vicinity of the
subject tower site) for leasing to a tower provider or a wireless provider.
After you have an opportunity to review the enclosed supplementary materials,
please don’t hesitate to call me to discuss any questions. Otherwise, we will
make ourselves available for a follow-up meeting with the Site Plan Review
Committee and look forward to discussing the supplementary materials.
