James Descoteaux picked up (6) mortar cubes from the jobsite.
Laboratory test results are enclosed if testing was done during the period covered by this report.

section. Some of the inside bands also missing. This inspector observed that some studs were screwed into the
top track which they should not, as this is a deflection track. Studs at some of the curved walls need securing at
the bottom on both sides; these areas appear in progress
