tn Vincent Zuccala, married, of 1130 Union Street,Manchester,State of New Hampshire,for
consideration paid in the amount of $1.00 (One Dollar) grant to Vincent J. Zuccala and
Taryn R. Zuccala, husband and wife, of 1130 Union Street, Manchester, NH 03104, as joint
tenanants with rights of survivorship,with QUITCLAIM covenants;
The land together with the buildings thereon, located at 142 Route 6A (Main Street),
Yarmouth(Port),Barnstable County,Massachusetts,bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at a concrete bound on the North side of Main Street and at the
Southwesterly corner of the premises herein described, and at land now or formerly of
aJ Charles F.Swift;
1. North 14° 20' 40" East by land now or formerly of said Swift, 82.62 feet to a concrete
bound;
2. North 32°15'10" East still by land now or formerly of said Swift,83.91 feet to a concrete
bound at the end of a stone wall;
3. North 11°51' 10" East by said stone wall,55.18 feet to a drill hole;
4. South 77° 13' 10" East by land now or formerly of said Swift, 76.79 feet to a concrete
bound and at land now or formerly of D.Howes;
5.South 10°30' 00"West,24.50 feet by land now or formerly of said Howes to a point;
6. North 83° 49' 25" West, 23.67 feet by land now or formerly of Reginald Nickerson to a
stone bound;

50',November 15,1963,Charles N. Savory, Inc.,Engineers,Surveyors",which said plan is
filed in the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 181,Page 23.
There is appurtenant to the above-described premises, a right of way over the Westerly
side of the parcel shown on said plan as "Reginald E. Nickerson", said right of way being
more particularly described in a deed from Theodore W. Swift to Colonial Club, Inc.,
dated June 27,1914,recorded in said Registry of Deeds in Book 331,Page 489.
Subject to any and all matters as shown on Plan Book 181,Page 23.
Meaning and intending to describe and convey the same premises conveyed to Vincent
Zuccala by Quitclaim Deed from Jon Marchant and Steven L. Marchant, as Personal
Representatives of the Estate of Walter L. Marchant and the Estate of Lillian E. Marchant,
dated September 17, 2014 and recorded in Book 28387, Page 125 of the Barnstable County
Registry of Deeds.
This is not homestead premises for the grantor or his spouse.
