Dear Yana Vilenchir&Dmitry Orlovsky:
zThe Yarmouth Board of Health, having reviewed your application on October 4, 2021 for a variance from the
provisions of Title 5 of the State Environmental Code, Section 15.405 (1j), for a reduction of the requirement of
? a 12 inch separation between inlet and outlet tees and high groundwater(12"to 0"). Also to provide watertight
boots on tight tank inlet—no leaching to be installed. Having determined strict enforcement of these regulations
r in this instance would do manifest injustice and, further, that your requested variance does not conflict with the
spirit of the State Environmental Code, has hereby granted the variance(s). The variance(s) granted are as
t follows:
N SEE ATTACHED SHEET FOR VARIANCES.
Variances are shown on an engineered plan prepared by Down Cape Engineering,Inc. dated,September 7,2021.
