Dear Bruce,
A visual final inspection was done this morning of the septic installation for the property
referenced above. The system appears to be installed in accordance with the approve plan dated
September 8, 2020 with the following notations:
1. The leaching facility was moved to the southwest closer to the house
2. The existing pit was backfilled
3. The system needs to be carefully backfilled and graded
4. The installer, B&B Excavation need to supply you with the"As-built"cards
