Dear Chairman DeYoung and Members of the Board:
On behalf of my clients, Jane Barrow Tatibouet, Trustee of Barrows Group
Atlantic Realty Trust, and Tatibouet Group Atlantic, LLC, I hereby request that we
be allowed to withdraw the Application for zoning relief for the properties located
at 147 and 153 Route 6A, Yarmouth Port, without prejudice.
The project has been redesigned and was re -submitted to Building Inspector
Mark Grylls. Mr. Grylls recommended that the project go back to Site Plan
Review for further review.
At this time, we believe that the redesigned project will not require zoning relief.
