Title 5,I am addressing this correspondence to you directly regarding the above captioned project. I hereby
certify that the Subsurface Sewage Disposal System has been installed in substantial Compliance with the
Design Plan(22-006)by Moran Engineering Associates,LLC.
Note:a 1500-gallon concrete septic tank has been installed in lieu of the proposed Infiltrator IM-1530.
