Meaning and intending to convey and hereby conveying all of the premises conveyed to Mid-Cape
’87 Associates L.P. and Southern Development, Inc. of Delaware, a Delaware Corporation, doing
business as Yarmouth 86 Associates, a New Jersey joint venture, by Quitclaim Deed from
Raynham-Swansea Leasing Corp, and Southern Development, Inc. of Delaware doing business as
Yarmouth 86 Associates dated July 16, 1987 and recorded with the Barnstable County Registry of
Deeds in Deed Book 5850, Page 264.
